• Termination

  The members of Best Saathi are unbound to terminate their membership either free or paid any time for any reason by deleting their account, but h/she will not be entitled to a refund on any fees paid by them on any membership/subscription. The membership of Best Saathi is valid as per the subscription packages, unless terminated earlier either by memberor by the Best Saathi. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and Best Saathi will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-observance. If a candidate registers with Best Saathi, h/she will be responsible for the authenticity and maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account. However, Best Saathi doesn’t provide guarantee or assurancesubjected to the authenticity and credentials provided by other members. • Disclaimer

  Verification and authenticity of the profile is solely an individual’s responsibility, Best Saathi, under any state of affairs will not be responsible for any misrepresentation by members. Best saathi is entitled to forthwith take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against any member who violates this agreement without offering any refund for the membership. The company reserves all rights to revise or alter the details of any offered services anytime. Howsoever, Best Saathi does not give any explicit guarantee of marriage to the potential seekers who are registering on our website and/or using the services (both free or premium).
